Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Learning Resources Vendor Associate for a remote role. You will support and manage third-party and digital learning resources that underpin academic programs, interfacing with faculty, vendors, and the online bookstore.

Ideal candidates have 1 year in bookstore operations or 3 years in vendor management, a Bachelor's in education or related field, and strong skills in project management, collaboration, and LMS platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, educational technology, or related field.
• 1 year of experience in learning resources bookstore operations or 3 years in learning resource/vendor management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with learning technologies and LMS.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between faculty, vendors, and online bookstore; ensure resources are accurate and accessible.
• Ensure resources are scalable, cost-effective, and aligned with curriculum and institutional goals.
• Blend operations, vendor management, data analysis and collaboration to improve student and faculty experience.
• Report to the Director of Learning Resources.
