Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University seeks a Learning Resources Vendor Associate to support third-party and digital learning resources across online programs. This fully remote role collaborates with faculty, partners, vendors, and the bookstore to keep resources accurate, accessible, and cost-effective while aligning with curriculum goals.

Ideal candidates have a degree in education or related field and 1–3 years of relevant experience, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office and LMS platforms.

Qualifications

• 1 year for learning resource bookstore operations and service support; 3 years for learning resource vendor management and program development.
• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, educational technology, or related field.
• Equivalent of experience in lieu of degree acceptable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with learning technologies and LMS.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between faculty, internal partners, vendors, and the online bookstore; ensure resources are accurate, accessible, scalable, and aligned with curriculum and goals.
• Blend operational execution, vendor management, data analysis, and collaboration to enhance student and faculty experience in online learning environments.
• Report to the Director of Learning Resources.
