Job summary

ApTask Global Workforce (AGW) is hiring an Operations Manager for a remote role supporting a Global Pharmaceutical Company based in Foster City, CA. This is an 18+ month contract opportunity.

The role focuses on planning, delivering, and improving New to Role Learning journeys for US Commercial teams, partnering with stakeholders, training teams, and vendors to provide high-quality virtual and in-person learning experiences.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree required.
• 5+ years of professional experience in training, learning & development, project management, and/or leadership development.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support new to role learning programs for US Commercial employees.
• Assist with development and execution of training focusing on communication, analytics, coaching, peer leadership, and cross-functional learning.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Legal to ensure training materials are current and compliant with regulatory guidelines.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, actions, and deliverables with cross-functional partners.
• Coordinate logistics for training sessions and meetings; prepare summary reports.
• Track attendance, feedback, and metrics to assess program impact and identify improvements.
• Partner with internal training teams and external vendors to keep projects on track.
