Piper Companies is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong Instructional Design background to support a global GxP training initiative in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. You will oversee 8 interactive GxP training modules across 5 languages, manage a team of 6 instructional designers, and drive timelines to December 31, 2026, while coordinating reviews across countries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project/program management experience, preferably in training/learning initiatives.
• Strong instructional design background and experience with training content development.
• Hands-on experience with Articulate 360 is required.
• Experience developing interactive eLearning and scenario-based learning.
• Experience coordinating global stakeholders and in-country reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day PM activities for global GxP training content development and updates.
• Manage a team of 6 instructional designers coding interactive eLearning modules.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and priorities.
• Coordinate 8 training modules across 5 languages, ~40 localized modules.
• Oversee assessments with 80% passing requirement.
• Ensure on-schedule delivery and in-country review coordination.
