Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive growth in healthcare.
• 5+ years of direct learning or training experience.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, healthcare, health informatics, related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise staff, provide coaching and development.
• Plan, organize, and manage learning programs and services.
• Coordinate projects, track progress, and align with organizational goals.
• Engage with stakeholders to optimize learning offerings and outcomes.
• Travel up to 15% may be required for onsite member services.
