Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, memorable learning experiences across Branch, Cafe, and Business Banking Lines of Business to support Associate performance skills and business objectives.
• Demonstrate and apply adult learning theory and classroom principles.
• Communicate context of training and how it fits into broader goals.
• Provide examples of policies and procedures during training.
• Manage learning logistics such as rosters, class times, communications, and LMS maintenance.
• Give feedback to content developers on effectiveness and sequencing of materials.
• Collaborate with clients and SMEs within established structures.
