Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
• At least 1 year of experience working in retail banking or a corporate training role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality learning experiences across Branch, Cafe, and Business Banking Lines of Business.
• Demonstrate and apply adult learning theory in the classroom.
• Communicate training context and alignment with organizational goals.
• Provide real-life examples tying policies and procedures to learning outcomes.
• Engage learners through strong communication and group dynamics.
• Create an inclusive, comfortable learning environment.
• Manage training logistics including rosters, class times, surveys, and LMS maintenance.
• Provide feedback to content developers on training effectiveness and sequencing.
• Share Learning team best practices and collaborate with stakeholders.
