• Advanced Google Suite skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality learning experiences across Branch, Cafe, and Business Banking to support performance and objectives.
• Demonstrate adult learning theory and apply its principles in the classroom.
• Explain training context and its relation to broader goals.
• Model real-life examples using knowledge of policies and procedures.
• Engage all learners through strong communication and group dynamics.
• Create an inclusive learning environment while delivering to learners.
• Make decisions by identifying issues and escalating when needed.
• Support projects to completion with minimal supervision.
• Communicate training impressions clearly and succinctly.
• Evaluate class success based on client needs and objectives.
• Manage learning logistics: rosters, times, communications, surveys, LMS maintenance.
• Provide feedback to content developers on materials and sequence.
