Meritus College seeks a Manager, Instruction and Program Design to lead course creation and learner support. This hands-on role blends design work with team leadership, translating SME knowledge into accessible online courses.

You will own end-to-end course builds, manage timelines, and uphold design standards while ensuring accessibility and alignment with the catalog. Experience in instructional design and program management is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years in instructional or learning design with portfolio.
• Experience leading a team or people.
• Experience partnering with subject matter experts (SMEs).
• Strong technical fluency with LMS, authoring tools, and AI-enabled tools.
• Highly organized with solid project management instincts.
• Comfortable in a startup environment; building systems where none exist.

Responsabilidades

• Lead instruction and learner support workplan; manage timelines and owners.
• Design and build college courses in the LMS, ensuring accessibility and alignment with outcomes.
• Partner with SMEs and adjunct faculty on new course builds and timelines.
• Drive continuous improvement; maintain documentation for accreditation and quality.
