Tundra Technical Solutions, contracted through Amazon via a third-party Direct Source provider, seeks a Learning Experience Designer for a remote US assignment. You will craft immersive learning experiences for adult learners, collaborating with SMEs and project stakeholders to meet objectives while applying proven instructional design principles.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years of instructional design experience and a strong track record in creating impactful learning solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design or a related field.
• Experience designing engaging, immersive learning experiences for adult learners.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and applied learning science.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to define learning objectives and performance goals.
• Conduct needs analyses and assessments to identify gaps and solution recommendations.
• Develop and manage project timelines for timely delivery of learning solutions.
• Design and develop learning content including e-learning, job-aids, reference materials, and instructor-led materials.
• Apply adult learning principles to create engaging, interactive experiences.
• Evaluate effectiveness through assessments and metrics and iterate accordingly.
• Contribute to developing and optimizing learning content development processes.
• Troubleshoot blockers and manage risks to ensure quality outcomes.
• Perform quality assurance checks for accuracy and consistency of materials.
