Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to define learning objectives and performance goals.

• Design and develop learning content including e-learning, job-aids, reference materials, and instructor-led materials.
• Apply adult learning principles to create engaging, interactive experiences.
• Evaluate effectiveness through assessments and metrics and iterate accordingly.
• Contribute to developing and optimizing learning content development processes.
• Troubleshoot blockers and manage risks to ensure quality outcomes.
• Perform quality assurance checks for accuracy and consistency of materials.

Location: 100% Remote - Can be located anywhere in the US.

Come build scalable, authentic learning experiences that will shape the next generation of engineers and project managers across Amazon Robotics (AR). We are looking for a Learning Experience Designer to join the Learning Experience and Technology (LExT) team. The Learning Experience Designer will be responsible for designing and developing engaging and immersive learning experiences that meet the needs of our clients and learners. The successful candidate will have a passion for learning design, a creative mindset, and a deep understanding of adult learning principles. He or she will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design or a related field, with a strong track record of creating impactful learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and project stakeholders to identify learning objectives and performance goals.
• Conduct needs analysis and learning assessments to identify performance gaps and recommend learning solutions.
• Develop and manage project timelines to ensure timely and successful delivery of learning solutions.
• Design and develop learning solutions, including technical documentation, job-aids, reference materials, e-learning courses, instructor-led training materials, videos, simulations, and other interactive content.
• Apply adult learning principles to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
• Evaluate the effectiveness solutions through assessments, feedback, and metrics, and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the development and optimization of learning content development processes.
• Troubleshoot and elevate roadblocks and risks as needed, making appropriate trade-offs
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness of learning materials.

The pay range that Tundra in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $30.00/hour - $35.00/hour.
