Job summary

TTEC is seeking a Temporary Instructional Designer to design and deliver human-centered, data-driven learning experiences. You’ll work remotely in the United States, shaping curricula across global teams and clients with a strong emphasis on learner engagement, UX, and game-based elements.

You’ll collaborate with the Senior Manager, Instructional Design to redesign curricula, using Articulate Storyline, LMS platforms, and advanced PowerPoint/Excel features, while applying adult learning theory

Qualifications

• 3 years of demonstrable experience including building e-learning content using Articulate Storyline or similar authoring tools, using advanced features in audio-editing tools, using learning technology apps for rapid design and creating user content using basic graphic design features
• Knowledge of and practical application of adult learning theory, user design, and learning design principles
• Experience using Learning Management Systems and/or Learning Experience Systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including using advanced features in PowerPoint and basic features in Excel
• Basic project management skills and familiarity with task manager or productivity tools
• Experience in learning data analysis to effectively evaluate behavioral and business impact of training programs
• Advanced English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Build, incubate, test, and go live with learning solutions across multiple clients and geographies
• Apply human-centered design and design thinking in an agile, multidisciplinary environment
• Support curriculum design and redesign through the Global Learning Delivery Project Management team
• Leverage learning data to monitor performance and predict learner success
• Conduct research on learning tools and platforms
