Job summary

The Bonadio Group is seeking a Learning Experience Developer to join the Bonadio University team. You will transform approved designs into engaging, accessible learning experiences aligned with objectives, focusing on hands-on development and practical build recommendations.

You will leverage AI tools responsibly to accelerate scripts, assessments, graphics and video while upholding NASBA/AICPA standards and accessibility requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, learning/development, multimedia development or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years creating multimodal training for adult learners.
• Advanced development in Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360 with custom interactions.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud for visual design and multimedia elements.
• Understanding of adult learning principles and course development for strong learner experience.
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading to convert technical content into learner-friendly material.
• A polished portfolio showing eLearning and digital media development, including AI elements and before/after examples.

Responsibilities

• Develop interactive self-study eLearning and vILT from approved designs.
• Create supporting materials: slide decks, guides, job aids and surveys.
• Collaborate with directors and content builders to apply branding to materials.
• Build custom multimedia interactions for scalable learning solutions.
• Publish and maintain SCORM packages in the LMS with QA checks.
• Coordinate with SMEs to gather content and manage review cycles.
