Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a creative and tech-savvy Digital Learning Designer to transform business needs into scalable digital learning experiences. You will design engaging courses, microlearning, videos, and interactive assets, using AI tools to accelerate production while ensuring accessibility and quality.

You'll partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders across Learning & Development to deliver onboarding, systems training, leadership development, and change initiatives,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years designing digital learning content in corporate or educational settings.
• Experience applying instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Experience creating accessible digital content and multiple formats (eLearning, microlearning, videos).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop eLearning courses, microlearning, and performance support tools.
• Create learner-centered solutions using adult learning principles.
• Collaborate with SMEs and L&D to align with business goals.
