The Bonadio Group is seeking a Learning Experience Developer to craft engaging eLearning and virtual instructor‑led content for the Bonadio University. You will transform approved designs into polished, accessible experiences aligned with objectives, while contributing innovative build recommendations.

Ideal candidates bring strong eLearning, motion graphics, visual design, and digital media skills, with a portfolio showing Storyline 360, Rise 360 and multimedia work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, learning and development, multimedia development, digital media or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience developing multimodal training materials for adult learners.
• Advanced development skills in Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360, including custom interactions.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
• Working knowledge of adult learning principles and applying them to course development.
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills with ability to shape content for learners.
• Polished portfolio showing eLearning and digital media development, including AI-generated elements and prior enhancements.

Responsabilités

• Develop interactive self-study eLearning, vILT and other modalities from approved designs and content.
• Build support materials: slide decks, guides, pre-work, job aids, surveys and assessments.
• Collaborate with branding and content teams to apply firm branding to materials.
• Create custom multimedia interactions for scalable, reusable solutions.
• Use AI tools to accelerate scripts, assessments, graphics and video with high quality.
• Follow standards for responsible AI usage and verify AI-generated content.
• Publish SCORM packages and maintain content in LMS, ensuring proper tracking.
