Job summary

United Natural Foods, Inc. is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to deliver, facilitate, coordinate, and administer training programs that support associate growth and organizational performance.

You will lead instructor‑led and virtual sessions, maintain learning records, monitor participation, and support the learner experience while collaborating with HR and business stakeholders on enterprise learning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2–4 years in learning and development, training, HR, education, operations, or related field.
• Experience coordinating training programs or events.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate instructor‑led and virtual learning programs across onboarding, leadership development, systems training, and professional development.
• Deliver engaging learning experiences that promote knowledge retention and on‑the‑job application.
• Provide coaching to trainers to improve delivery and learner engagement.
• Manage learning program logistics: scheduling, enrollment, communications, materials, reporting.
