Job summary

The University of Arizona is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to support the Student Experience Training team in developing, maintaining, and delivering engaging learning resources. You will assist with eLearning development, training administration, quality assurance, and learning technologies under leadership guidance.

A Bachelor's degree and 1 year of relevant experience are required. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

  • 1 year of relevant work experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Review and edit content for clarity, consistency, instructional integrity, and accessibility per guidelines.
  • Identify needed corrections or adjustments.
  • Assist in creating storyboards, scripts, outlines, toolkits, and training communications.
  • Incorporate interactive elements and multimedia with guidance from leadership or instructional designers.
  • Coordinate LMS activities: uploads, assignments, learner lists, reports, and communications.
  • QA testing of modules to identify issues and implement corrections.
  • Participate in feedback sessions and document suggested content changes.
  • Monitor channels for policy updates affecting learning materials.
