Job summary

S&S Activewear, LLC is seeking a Commercial Learning and Development Manager to elevate the skills and performance of our sales and commercial teams. You will design, deliver, and continually improve learning programs that build selling skills, product knowledge, and leadership capability.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, Customer Service, and Pricing to diagnose needs, create engaging content (including Articulate Rise), and measure impact to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience designing, developing, and facilitating learning programs.
• Strong content development skills and proficiency with Articulate Rise.
• Experience creating training for sales teams and developing manager capability programs.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders and influence outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments across sales and commercial teams to identify skill gaps and priorities.
• Design, develop, and maintain learning content including ILT, VILT, and e-learning modules (Articulate Rise).
• Facilitate engaging learning sessions focused on sales skills, product knowledge, and strategy.
• Develop manager leadership programs to build coaching and performance management capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate content aligned with priorities.
• Measure learning effectiveness through assessments and performance data.
