Job summary

Kepler is seeking a Manager, Learning & Development to own internal learning programs, balance strategy with hands-on execution, and elevate employee growth. You’ll manage end-to-end program operations, design training, and administer the WorkRamp LMS while guiding stakeholders to improve performance and business impact.

You’ll facilitate live virtual trainings, partner with cross-functional teams, and drive adoption of growth tools.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in talent development, instructional design, or corporate training delivery.
• Proven ability to facilitate live virtual trainings (Zoom/Google Meet).
• Strong instructional design foundations and methodologies.
• Excellent organizational skills with milestone setting and multi-tasking.
• Experience with LMS administration (WorkRamp) and performance tools (Lattice).

Responsibilities

• Own and manage daily operations of internal learning programs, including scheduling and SME support.
• Lead onboarding training sessions for new hires.
• Design, develop, and rollout training initiatives and events as needed.
• Consult with stakeholders to align training with business objectives and compliance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify gaps and drive improvements.
• Oversee content development, including ILT guides and eLearning modules.
• Facilitate live virtual sessions and manage breakout rooms and recordings.
• Coach SMEs on facilitation techniques and best practices.
• Translate complex content into scalable training pathways.
• Administer and maintain LMS WorkRamp, ensure content uploads and reporting.
• Launch and adopt growth tools (30-60-90 day plans, Lattice 1:1s).
• Measure training effectiveness via feedback and analytics, drive improvements.
