Kepler executes engineered marketing, where every message and ad delivered helps create a more personalized and productive relationship between brands and their consumers. We do this by acting as clients’ agency of record, as their in-house team, or some hybrid of the two – and by harnessing data and technology across all paid digital media and data-driven CRM channels.

Kepler prides itself on being a great place to work. In fact, we’re proud to share that AdAge recognized Kepler among the Best Place to Work in 2022, validating our investment in our team and our clients.

  • We're transparent with our employees. You'll hear updates on company financials, how we're performing against bonus goals, and how we're responding to challenges we face.
  • We're growing. For you, that means unparalleled growth opportunities and a role in shaping the direction of the company.
  • We're fun. You'll work with and learn from the smartest people in the industry and have a blast doing it.
THE ROLE

The Manager, Learning & Development will own and drive internal learning programs, partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders to elevate employee performance, growth, and organizational capability. Balancing strategy with hands‑on execution, this role is responsible for end-to-end program management, instructional design, live virtual facilitation, and tool/LMS administration. The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of talent development experience, possesses strong project management and consulting skills, thrives in a fast‑paced and ambiguous environment, and is deeply passionate about driving continuous learning and business impact.

Responsibilities
  • Independently own and manage the daily operations of assigned internal learning programs, including scheduling, content maintenance, SME support, and communication logistics.
  • Lead a first-day trainings session, walking new hires through the onboarding training program
  • Support the development, rollout, and implementation of ad hoc training initiatives and broader team learning strategies as needed. This includes, but is not limited to, live in‑person events and training days.
  • Act as a strategic partner on incoming training requests, guiding stakeholders through thorough needs analyses to align solutions with business objectives and compliance requirements.
  • Partner closely with the Client Solutions team and other internal departments to consult on training gaps, process improvements, and technical enablement.
  • Lead content development and delivery, including sourcing and managing external vendors when appropriate.
  • Facilitate engaging live virtual training sessions (Zoom, Google Meet), adeptly managing breakout rooms, chat engagement, and session recordings.
  • Coach internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and partners on effective facilitation techniques and presentation best practices.
  • Design and develop high-quality instructional materials, including instructor‑led training (ILT) guides, eLearning modules, and performance support tools.
  • Partner with SMEs to translate complex, technical, or operational content into clear, scalable, and learner-friendly training pathways.
  • Own the administration, maintenance, and adoption of the LMS (WorkRamp), ensuring accurate content uploads, SME training, attendee tracking, and completion reporting.
  • Own the implementation and maintenance of key performance and growth tools (e.g., 30‑60‑90 day plans, Lattice 1:1s, Growth Tool), leading the internal rollout of new tools as required.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, metrics, and performance indicators (such as post‑session surveys and focus groups), and analyze training data to identify trends or gaps.
  • Share best practices, generate insights for stakeholders, and implement continuous improvements to increase program impact, quality, and scalability.
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • 3–5 years of experience in talent development, instructional design, or corporate training delivery.
  • Proven track record of facilitating engaging live virtual training sessions for diverse audiences using platforms like Zoom and Google Meet.
  • Strong foundational knowledge in instructional design principles and methodology.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to set milestones and manage multiple training schedules, logistics, and stakeholder timelines simultaneously.
  • Thrives in a fast‑paced environment; demonstrates self‑motivation, strong adaptability, and comfort with ambiguity when business needs or priorities shift.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to build rapport and consult effectively with cross‑functional team members and leadership.
  • Direct experience with LMS administration (WorkRamp experience is a plus) and familiarity with performance management platforms (Lattice experience is a plus).
  • Innovative mindset with a desire to explore and incorporate generative AI tools into learning workflows.
