BairesDev is seeking a Learning & Development Young Professional to join our global team in a 100% remote capacity. You will help design and coordinate training programs, develop learning materials, and support LMS upkeep.

This is an excellent entry point into L&D within a leading tech company. You’ll work with experienced professionals, contribute to building a culture of continuous learning, and gain exposure to global talent development practices.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in training, talent development, or instructional design.
• Creative, organized, and comfortable working with digital tools and learning platforms.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the coordination and logistics of training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives across the organization.
• Support the design and development of learning materials, including presentations, guides, and e-learning content.
• Help maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), keeping content organized and up to date.
• Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to support the evaluation and improvement of learning programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and contribute to the development of targeted learning solutions.
• Assist in tracking and reporting L&D metrics to measure the impact and effectiveness of training initiatives.
