Job summary

Atlas Technica is seeking a Manager, Learning & Development to build and lead our company-wide L&D function. This hands-on role reports to the Global Head of People and combines strategy, program design, and execution.

You will develop the L&D strategy and governance, design manager development programs and technical learning pathways, and measure impact through business outcomes to drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in L&D, building programs and leading teams.
• Strong instructional design, facilitation, and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to partner across functions and influence without authority.
