Job summary

Springboard is seeking a Content Development Manager to own end-to-end instructional content across AI, tech, and healthcare certification programs. You’ll oversee multi-modal content—from written materials to video and live sessions—driving learner outcomes and partnering with SMEs to shape engaging lectures.

The role emphasizes a "learning producer" mindset, balancing live, synchronous content with asynchronous materials, and leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in learning design, content development, and/or course development.
• End-to-end ownership of course creation from concept to final production.
• Experience across modalities: written content, video, live sessions, audio, etc.
• Exceptional writing, proofreading, and editing skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work with SMEs and instructors to refine material.
• Outcomes-focused design linked to KPIs.
• Ability to manage project timelines independently.
• Experience using AI tools to support content development.
• A portfolio or examples of work you’ve built.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of course content development across multiple modalities.
• Act as a Learning Producer for new courses—developing and executing synchronous and asynchronous components.
• Write, edit, and proofread instructional content to a high standard using AI tools.
• Collaborate with SMEs, instructors, and presenters to refine lectures and presentations.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate content development workflows.
• Partner with project managers, the LX team, and other stakeholders to meet objectives and timelines.
• Maintain and improve content quality standards across the team.
