Job summary

Anywhere Integrated Services seeks a Qualia Learning & Adoption Specialist to lead training and adoption for Qualia and related transaction platforms across title, escrow, closing, and operations teams.

The ideal candidate combines deep Qualia expertise with title/escrow operations knowledge, partners with platform admins and implementation teams, and translates system functions into practical workflows that boost user confidence, productivity, and adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of title, escrow, processing, closing, or transaction operations experience.
• Demonstrated advanced expertise in Qualia, including workflows, user experience, transaction management, and operational functionality.
• Experience participating in system implementations, platform rollouts, or technology adoption initiatives.
• Strong instructional design, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical operational guidance.
• Experience developing training materials for multiple learning formats.
• Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Qualia learning strategy and adoption across platforms.
• Develop onboarding and role-based learning paths, certification programs, job aids, and adoption materials.
• Build scalable learning programs for implementation, go-live readiness, ongoing adoption, and platform enhancements.
• Partner with platform admins, implementation teams, and operational leaders to translate changes into learning solutions.
• Design instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, and blended learning experiences.
• Deliver training from individual coaching to large-scale organizational rollouts.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on learner readiness, adoption progress, and learning outcomes.
