Job summary

Realogy is seeking an Adoption Specialist to lead Qualia training across title, escrow, closing, and operations. You will design, develop, deliver, and continuously improve learning programs to drive user adoption and proficiency during platform transitions.

You will partner with platform admins, implementation teams, and business stakeholders to translate system functionality into practical workflows, measure learning impact, and scale programs for ongoing success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in title/escrow/transaction operations.
• Advanced Qualia expertise across workflows and UX.
• Experience in system implementations or platform rollouts.
• Strong instructional design, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into practical guidance.
• Experience creating training materials for multiple formats.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Qualia learning strategy and adoption initiatives.
• Design and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning.
• Create curricula aligned to operational workflows.
• Develop guides, videos, simulations, FAQs, and job aids.
• Measure adoption, track readiness, and adjust training as needed.
• Partner with admins, implementation teams, and leaders.
• Support go-live activities with targeted learning interventions.
• Provide leadership updates on learner readiness and outcomes.
