Job summary

Alberici Constructors, Inc. is seeking a Lean Services Associate to support construction project delivery across North America. You will assist with Lean implementation, Last Planner System planning, and team coaching to improve workflow reliability on diverse projects.

Working with Project Managers and Superintendents, you will help develop planning skills, deliver introductory Lean training, and enable teams to own Lean processes while traveling to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction mgmt, or related field.
• 1–3 years applying Lean on construction projects; travel up to 85%.
• Experience in collaborative planning and facilitation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports Lean implementation activities on smaller construction projects, with coaching and oversight from Senior Lean Associates or Lean Managers.
• Supports project teams during early planning cycles and coaches teams to own planning routines.
• Supports delivery of introductory Lean and Last Planner System training.
• Assists with preparation of training project specific materials and learning activities.
• Coaches project teams in applying Last Planner System behaviors and planning practices.
• Reinforces planning discipline and commitment reliability.
• Supports Team Health Survey setup, data collection, and documentation.
• Assists with retrospectives by capturing actions and improvement themes.
