Job summary

Alberici is seeking a Lean Services Manager to train, implement, and oversee the Alberici Lean Edge (ALE) program across projects and leadership programs. The role collaborates with project teams to embed Lean and continuous improvement culture.

You will drive identification of Lean initiatives, mentor project teams, and expand Lean capabilities while traveling across North America to fulfill duties. This is a growth-focused leadership position within the Quality/Lean area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field and 5 years of construction experience with 1–2 years of Lean experience.
• Willingness to travel to project locations across North America for extended periods (up to 85%).

Responsibilities

• Serve as change agent implementing best practices and Lean culture across projects.
• Train, mentor and collaborate with teams on ALE core practices (5S, Last Planner, Gemba, etc.).
• Lead partnering sessions and team health assessments for large groups.
• Instruct Last Planner System and production control in a digital environment to ensure reliable work flow.
• Coach teams to facilitate phase pull plans, weekly coordination, and daily huddles.
• Deploy Site Organization System (5S) across projects and mentor teams using EDGE model.
• Regularly review Lean Journey progress with Champions and project teams and provide targeted mentoring.
• Utilize data and analytics to support Lean initiatives and improvements.
