Job summary

Alberici Constructors is seeking a Lean Services Manager to train, implement and oversee the Alberici Lean Edge (ALE) program across projects, Champions Academy, ACT, and Field/Trade Leadership initiatives.

The role collaborates with project teams to deliver Lean training that improves outcomes, identifies opportunities for improvement, and promotes a culture of continuous enhancement. Expect travel across North America and active participation in Lean initiatives.

Qualifications

• Lean principles and practices knowledge.
• Experience training and mentoring project teams.
• Strong data-driven problem-solving and analytics ability.

Responsibilities

• Train and implement ALE program on projects.
• Lead Lean initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
• Facilitate Last Planner System and 5S in field teams.
• Mentor project teams using EDGE model and Gemba walks.
• Collaborate with Lean Director and participate in industry groups.
