Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Lean Specialist to drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives across Life Science projects in North America. You will collaborate with the Director of Lean Implementation to train staff and partners, implement LPS, and coordinate with project teams across design, procurement, construction, and CQV phases.

The role emphasizes training, software management, visual management, and 5S in a hybrid work setting, with a strong focus on collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or construction management or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in design or construction with broad manufacturing/life sciences/EPCM exposure.
• Proficiency in Last Planner System implementation required; 5S knowledge desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean and Continuous Improvement activities for Life Science projects in the U.S.
• Stand up Last Planner System including facilitating its elements and training teams.
• Manage LPS software and train Jacobs personnel and trade partners.
