Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a KPO Lean Leader to partner with functional leaders and deploy Lean practices that improve execution and business outcomes. You will develop Lean roadmaps, facilitate kaizen and value stream mapping, and coach leaders to translate priorities into measurable improvements.

Travel up to 25% is required as needed to drive roadmap execution and sustainment. The role emphasizes Lean capability building, program coordination across Power, and standardized best practices to scale

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of experience in Lean, operational excellence, or related environment.
• Experience applying Lean fundamentals and facilitating improvement activities.

Responsibilities

• Translate business priorities into actionable Lean Roadmaps and improvement plans.
• Lead or support Lean Roadmaps development, review, and execution.
• Plan and facilitate kaizen events, value stream mapping, and PDCA cycles.
• Coach action owners to ensure improvements translate into measurable outcomes.
• Support Hoshin deployment by linking priorities, KPIs, and roadmaps.
