Job summary

Luminary Hospice is seeking a Leadership Talent Acquisition Partner who will own full-cycle leadership recruitment across agency leadership, clinical, and sales roles. The role partners with the VP of Talent, regional leadership, and agency operators to build proactive pipelines, reduce time-to-fill, and ensure leadership, clinical capacity, and sales coverage across four states.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting across leadership, clinical, and/or sales roles.
• Experience recruiting within hospice and network of hospice leadership.
• Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Comfort traveling across Indiana, Ohio, Texas, and Missouri; multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for agency leadership, clinical, and sales roles.
• Build proactive leadership pipelines and talent maps for new markets.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to define candidate profiles and ramp expectations.
• Coordinate interview processes, debriefs, references, and offers with hiring leaders.
• Report recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, source of hire).
• Represent Luminary Hospice's employer brand to candidates.
