Job summary

Alliance Health in North Carolina seeks a Learning Business Partner I for Leadership Development. This primarily remote role requires occasional reporting to the Morrisville or Mecklenburg offices for meetings, trainings, and activities.

You will design, implement, and administer scalable leadership curricula and related resources to support performance and growth across leaders at all levels. You will collaborate with organizational development partners, manage training events, and promote

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Leadership/OD/LD with 3 years in training or learning and development
• Experience designing and delivering leadership development programs
• Experience administering learning platforms and coordinating events

Responsibilities

• Administer and coordinate training events and activities for leadership development programs
• Create internal communications and marketing strategies to promote training opportunities and ensure awareness
• Design and deliver instructor-led and e-learning modules; support live virtual and in-person trainings
• Oversee evaluation through monthly reporting of training, coaching, and engagement metrics
• Manage assessment platforms and distribution of assessments for leaders and teams (Working Genius, SLII, EQ, DISC)
• Maintain and administer Leadership Development platforms (Leadr) and curate courses in LMS (LinkedIn Learning, Relias)
• Collaborate with ODL and POD teams to ensure access to resources and support for leaders and teams
• Stay current with best practices; pursue ATD credentialing and thought leadership in leadership development
