Symetra Financial Corporation is seeking a Manager, STD & Absence Claims to lead a team of claims professionals focused on short-term disability and absence management. You will drive quality, service, and productivity while shaping strategies to support organizational growth.

You will coach, develop, and motivate direct reports, leverage data and reporting to improve performance, and collaborate across the organization to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in Short-Term Disability and Absence Management claims.
• Experience leading change, coaching, and developing teams.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus.

Mansioni

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of STD and Absence claims professionals to meet goals.
• Support broker and customer inquiries and education on claim philosophy and processes.
• Collaborate across the organization to drive quality, compliance, and business results.
