Job summary
NHS 24 is seeking a People Data and Digital Delivery Manager to lead the workforce data, digital and transactional services. The role requires line management of a team and delivery of the People Data and Digital Transformation Plan, with responsibility for Data Warehouse readiness and related programmes.
Hybrid/remote working is supported across regional centres in Scotland. The post holder will ensure high-quality operational services while embedding new systems and ways of working,
Responsibilities
- Lead the operational delivery of workforce data, digital and transactional services.
- Manage and develop a high-performing People Data and Digital team.
- Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
- Support the implementation of workforce systems, reporting solutions and service developments.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide effective operational leadership for the People Data and Digital function.
