Job summary

NHS Lanarkshire is seeking a leader to head the Lanarkshire Data Sharing Partnership Team, driving secure information sharing across health, social care, local authorities, education, Police Scotland and third sector partners.

You will lead planning, project management and quality improvements across data sharing streams and work with local and national teams to enhance outcomes through data sharing solutions like the national Health and Social Care Record.

Qualifications

• Strong background in data/information sharing and information governance.
• Experience leading planning, project management and service improvement across data sharing workstreams.
• Ability to collaborate with local/national partners to develop data sharing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership of the Lanarkshire Data Sharing Partnership Team.
• Apply knowledge of data sharing governance and legislation to drive compliant information sharing.
• Support the Digital Directorate priorities and backfill for Business Services Manager as required.
• Manage supplier/vendor relationships and reduce risk to core NHSL systems.
