PeaceHealth is seeking a Manager, Patient Financial Services - HB PB Billing & Follow Up to lead a remotely managed team focused on accurate, timely billing and reducing barriers in the patient financial experience.

You will coach staff, analyze performance trends, improve workflows, and help shape hospital billing operations across PeaceHealth. A remote leadership role with on-site needs is expected as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years revenue cycle experience in a hospital or health system.
• 2+ years of leadership experience with responsibility for team performance and development.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing revenue cycle team and drive outcomes.
• Coach, mentor, and develop caregivers to achieve goals.
• Monitor performance and use data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Improve billing accuracy, efficiency, and financial outcomes.
• Partner with leaders to optimize revenue cycle workflows.
• Develop department goals and action plans aligned with priorities.
• Ensure compliance with billing regulations and payer requirements.
• Participate in strategic projects to enhance revenue cycle performance.
• Manage department budgets and resource planning.
• Review metrics and implement solutions to improve results.
