Job summary

The position is full-time, remote, with the requirement to reside within Oregon, Washington, or Alaska and within a one-hour drive of a PeaceHealth hospital facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with healthcare revenue cycle knowledge.
• Minimum five years in healthcare revenue cycle within a hospital/health system.
• Minimum two years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of Financial Clearance.
• Ensure patients are financially cleared for services without delays.
• Remove barriers to patient access to care.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members.
• Hire, onboard, and develop caregivers with clear expectations.
