Ladders is seeking a Manager of Cybersecurity, Non-Human Identity Security for a remote US-based candidate. The role focuses on governing machine identities, service accounts, and API credentials across a regulated enterprise, partnering with cloud, DevOps, and security teams to strengthen controls and enable secure automation.

The position emphasizes audit readiness, PKI management, and integrating identity protections into CI/CD workflows, with a remote-first setup and no visa sponsorship.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in identity, cloud, or cybersecurity; 3+ years focused on machine/non-human identity security.
• Hands-on experience with HashiCorp Vault, CyberArk Conjur, Azure Key Vault, or Venafi.
• Familiarity with PKI and automated credential rotation processes.
• Experience securing cloud workloads and service principals across Azure, AWS, or GCP.
