Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle is seeking an experienced cybersecurity leader to drive strategic identity security initiatives and manage global IdP and privileged access controls across on-prem, cloud, and SaaS. The role requires deep expertise in secure identity management, PAM (CyberArk preferred), IdP (Okta preferred), and CIAM, with the ability to guide policy and design in a large, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of cybersecurity experience with at least 7 years in identity security.
• Experience maturing identity security programs across enterprise tech environments.
• Experience enabling identity security across M365, cloud services, and on-premises systems.
• Experience implementing and managing PAM (CyberArk preferred).
• Experience implementing IdP (Okta preferred) solutions.

Responsibilities

• Modify identity security policy, standards, and guidance for users, on-premises, cloud providers, and SaaS.
• Collaborate with AD/auth teams to ensure policy compliance.
• Lead delivery of zero trust strategy for users and third parties.
• Design PAM controls for privileged accounts with abuse prevention and detection.
• Own and advance enterprise PAM tool (CyberArk preferred).
• Serve as SME for secure design of identity services and policy enforcement.
• Work with developers to implement CIAM best practices in online products.
