Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Lead IT Security Architect to guide identity security capabilities in a remote US-based environment. You will drive governance, risk reduction, and security standards across IT and business partners, translating requirements into practical design decisions and leadership reporting.

Responsibilities include shaping the security strategy, developing dashboards, and evaluating security software; collaboration with audit and technology leaders is required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Ten years of progressive IT experience, including three years as a security architect or in a related role.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Strong knowledge of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Identity and Access Management (IAM), and Zero Trust.
• Experience designing access governance, certification, role management, and identity lifecycle management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, implementation, and enhancement of the identity security platform.
• Enhance and maintain access governance and segregation of duties processes with business and audit teams.
• Create security architecture standards for new technology adoption.
• Identify and quantify security risks related to IT and enterprise projects, providing design requirements.
• Partner with business representatives and IT leaders to define the information security strategy.
• Develop management reporting dashboards with metrics on information security risk and exposure.
• Evaluate and recommend security software and hardware for integration into the existing architecture.
