Qualifications

• 7-10 years of Property & Casualty insurance sales experience.
• 3-5 years of leadership or people management experience.
• Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses in resident state.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop entrepreneurial insurance agents and staff.
• Develop market-specific sales strategies to grow revenue.
• Manage pipeline, plan sales activities, and protect market share.
• Monitor performance and use data to drive improvements.
• Build relationships with insurance carrier partners and internal teams.
