AAA Northeast is seeking a proven sales leader to manage a remote team of insurance sales agents across the Club's footprint from a hybrid location in Rhode Island. The role focuses on developing and executing sales strategies, coaching the team, and ensuring exceptional customer service and compliance.

The ideal candidate has extensive insurance sales experience, strong leadership abilities, and a track record of achieving targets while mentoring staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Proven leadership experience in sales or insurance.
• Strong coaching and performance management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a remote team of insurance sales agents across the Club's footprint, driving sales initiatives and ensuring operational excellence.
• Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to reach sales targets.
• Monitor sales data, analyze trends, and coach individuals to improve performance.
• Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews with HR and Training teams.
