Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is seeking a dynamic sales leader in Oklahoma, guiding a team of entrepreneurial insurance agents and staff to grow their businesses while delivering strong results. You will coach, mentor, and partner with operations, carriers, and leadership to execute sales strategies and market growth.

You will bring 7–10 years in P&C insurance sales and 3–5 years of leadership, plus active P&C and Life & Health licenses; a Bachelor's degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7-10 years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance sales.
• 3-5 years of leadership or people management experience, including coaching.
• Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses in resident state.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of entrepreneurial insurance agents and agency staff.
• Drive market-specific sales strategies to grow revenue.
