Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Manager, Production Services to join our CTS&L team in a remote U.S./PA-based capacity, with preference near Quakertown, PA. You will lead a global production services group handling clinical trial supply packaging, labeling, manufacturing support, planning, and batch documentation.

You will provide operational leadership, technical guidance, and day-to-day oversight across GMP/GDP-focused activities, partnering with North America, Europe, Asia, and LATAM teams to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Logistics, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Approximately 6–10+ years of experience in clinical trial supply chain or regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of GMP requirements and clinical supply chain operations.
• Experience with production planning, packaging design, labeling operations, and supply chain execution.
• Ability to identify risks, resolve operational issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop Production Services team members.
• Oversee clinical trial supply production workflows to keep projects on schedule.
• Monitor progress, manage priorities, and provide escalation support.
• Support packaging, labeling, manufacturing support, batch documentation, and production planning.
• Ensure GMP, GDP, regulatory compliance and timely delivery.
• Drive problem solving and mitigation for risks and timelines.
• Support supplier compliance, quality metrics, audits, CAPA, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional stakeholders for project execution.
• Contribute to operational excellence and lean initiatives.
• Support business growth through internal initiatives and client-facing activities.
