Parexel is seeking a Manager, Production Services to lead the Clinical Trial Supplies & Logistics (CTS&L) team in a remote U.S./PA-based capacity, with proximity preference to Quakertown, PA. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Logistics, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Approximately 6 to 10+ years of experience in clinical trial supply chain, pharmaceutical production, or related regulated environment.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Production Services team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Oversee clinical trial supply production workflows to keep projects on schedule.
• Monitor progress, manage priorities, and escalate complex supply chain challenges.
• Support packaging, labeling, manufacturing support, batch documentation, and production planning.
• Ensure GMP, GDP, regulatory compliance and adherence to procedures.
• Drive problem solving and mitigation planning for project risks and timelines.
• Support supplier compliance, quality metrics, audits, CAPA, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Contribute to operational excellence and lean management initiatives.
• Support business growth through internal initiatives and client-facing activities.
