Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Manager, Production Services to lead the CTS&L team in a remote U.S./PA-based capacity. This leadership role focuses on clinical trial supply packaging, labeling, manufacturing support, production planning, and batch documentation, ensuring GMP compliance and timely delivery.

You will collaborate across North America, Europe, Asia, and Latin America to deliver materials to patients worldwide, shaping team strategy and operational excellence within a global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a life sciences or related field.
• 6–10+ years in clinical trial supply chain or GMP-regulated environments.
• Strong GMP knowledge and ability to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Experience with production planning, packaging design, and labeling operations.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop Production Services team members with a high-performance culture.
• Oversee clinical trial supply production workflows to keep projects on schedule.
• Monitor progress, manage priorities, and escalate complex supply chain challenges.
• Support packaging, labeling, manufacturing support, batch documentation, and planning.
• Ensure GMP, GDP, regulatory compliance and SOP adherence.
• Drive problem solving and mitigation for project risks and timelines.
• Support supplier compliance, quality metrics, audits, CAPA, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure project success and satisfaction.
• Contribute to operational excellence, lean initiatives, and process improvement.
• Support growth through internal initiatives and client-facing activities.
