Parexel is hiring a Manager, Production Services to lead the CTS&L team in a remote U.S./PA-based capacity, with preference for proximity to Quakertown depot. You will oversee GMP-compliant production planning, packaging, labeling, and batch documentation.

This is a leadership role shaping a global Production Services structure, driving operational excellence and timely delivery of clinical trial materials.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management experience in GMP environments.
• Experience with clinical trial supply chain, packaging design, and labeling operations.
• Strong project, stakeholder, and risk management capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the Production Services team to foster a high-performance culture.
• Oversee clinical trial supply production workflows to keep projects on schedule.
• Monitor progress and escalate complex supply chain challenges as needed.
• Ensure GMP/GDP compliance and maintain regulatory and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions to ensure timely delivery of materials.
