Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Manager, Production Services to lead a global CTS&L team in a remote U.S./PA-based capacity, with preference near Quakertown. You will oversee packaging, labeling, production planning, and batch documentation, ensuring GMP compliance and on-time delivery of clinical trial materials.

You will partner with cross-functional teams across NA, Europe, Asia, and Latin America to drive operational excellence, provide day-to-day leadership, and foster a high-performing culture

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Logistics, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 6–10+ years in clinical trial supply chain, pharmaceutical production, or related regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of GMP requirements and clinical supply chain operations.
• Experience with production planning, packaging design, labeling operations, and supply chain execution.
• Ability to identify risks, resolve operational issues and implement mitigation strategies.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop Production Services team members.
• Oversee clinical trial supply production workflows to keep projects on schedule.
• Monitor progress, manage priorities, and provide escalation support for complex challenges.
• Support packaging, labeling, manufacturing support, batch documentation, and production planning.
• Ensure GMP, GDP, regulatory compliance and adherence to procedures.
• Drive problem solving and mitigation planning for timeline risks.
• Support supplier compliance, quality metrics, audits, CAPA, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Contribute to operational excellence and lean management initiatives.
• Support business growth through internal initiatives and client-facing activities.
