Parexel is seeking a Manager, Production Services to lead the CTS&L team in a remote U.S. capacity, with preference for near Quakertown, PA. You will guide production planning, packaging, labeling, and batch documentation while ensuring GMP compliance and on-time delivery for global clinical trial materials.

You’ll partner with cross-functional teams across North America, Europe, Asia, and Latin America to optimize processes and drive operational excellence in a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 6–10+ years in clinical trial supply chain, pharmaceutical production, or regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of GMP requirements and clinical supply chain operations.
• Experience with production planning, packaging design, labeling operations, and supply chain execution.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead Production Services team and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
• Oversee clinical trial supply production workflows to ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Monitor progress, manage priorities, and provide escalation support for complex challenges.
• Support packaging, labeling, manufacturing support, batch documentation, and production planning.
• Ensure GMP/GDP compliance and regulatory adherence across activities.
• Drive problem solving and mitigation planning for project risks and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional clinical supply chain stakeholders worldwide to ensure success.
• Contribute to operational excellence and lean management initiatives.
• Support business growth through internal initiatives and client-facing activities.
