Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Manager, Production Services to lead the CTS&L team in a remote U.S./PA-based capacity, with proximity to Quakertown depot. You will provide operational leadership across GMP-compliant clinical trial packaging, labeling, production planning, and batch documentation.

You will partner with global teams to drive execution, mentor staff, and advance continuous improvement while ensuring timelines and sponsor expectations are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 6–10+ years in clinical trial supply chain or regulated pharma.
• Strong GMP knowledge and supply chain operations.
• Experience with production planning, packaging, labeling.
• Proven project and stakeholder management; English fluent.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop Production Services team members.
• Oversee clinical trial supply production workflows to keep projects on schedule.
• Monitor progress, manage priorities, escalate complex supply chain issues.
• Support packaging, labeling, manufacturing support, batch documentation.
• Ensure GMP, GDP, regulatory compliance and procedures.
• Drive problem solving and mitigation for risks and timelines.
• Support supplier compliance, quality metrics, audits, CAPA activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional clinical supply chain stakeholders.
• Contribute to operational excellence and lean management.
• Support growth through internal initiatives and client-facing activities.
